Dr. Alfredo Sfeir-Younis Educates DePaul on the Spiritual Dimensions of Entrepreneurship

On April 30, Launch DePaul finalists will present their ventures to a distinguished panel of judges and entrepreneurs.  Five teams, made up of two non-profit/social venture companies and three for-profit companies, have advanced to the final round and will compete for a prize of $10,000 in cash and a package of professional services.  Read more about the finalist ventures and be sure to join us on April 30 for their presentations.

DePaul Team Entering The IDEAcorps Entrepreneurship Challenge

From March 21-28th, The Idea Village will host 50 MBA students from the top B-schools, including a team from DePaul, as part of The IDEAcorps Entrepreneurship Challenge, of which Start Up New Orleans is a participant.  6 student teams will be paired with 6 local businesses, giving the students a week to apply their expertise in solving critical challenges facing these companies.

Community Consulting Program

The Community Consulting Program is a student-based consulting program managed by the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center, and administered by faculty through entrepreneurship courses. Student teams are matched with clients that are small businesses or community organizations facing a particular strategic challenge (i.e.: how to increase sales, improve profitability, analyze the competition, etc.).
