Mobilis Motorsport Development, Inc.
Once an aspiring entrepreneur with only an idea and, in his words, “6 pathetic pages” of a business plan, Michael Krupka is now realizing his dreams of business ownership. A motorsports enthusiast, he dreamed of turning his hobby into a business venture: a motorsports country club where members could indulge their need for speed in luxury.
Michael soon realized he needed some depth and substance behind his business idea. He was referred to the Coleman Center and by working with our consultants his business plan grew from those “6 pathetic pages” into a meaningful document that described the concept, purpose and direction of a business called Mobilis Motorsports Development, Inc. Coleman Center consultants conducted a research study of hundreds of motorsports fans questioning the viability of the idea and with almost 200 enthusiastic respondents, Michael, his partners and the Colman Center team decided to move forward.
Michael prepared and rehearsed his business plan presentation using the Coleman Center’s PlanPitch service which includes three rounds of presentation review and feedback from Coleman Center consultants. Now raising money is the primary activity of the Mobilis team and Michael has had the opportunity to speak to a number of individuals with the means to make his business a reality.
“The Coleman Center developed a business plan that would make my dream a reality. Within two weeks, not only did my business plan have traction, but I could appropriately describe my business, its purposes, its marketing directions, and its revenue potential. Once the plan was completed, they put me up at the front of the room, had me deliver my presentation, and then critiqued my performance. I would have never thought my renditions could have become so refined. I am currently working on filling my investment dollar quota. Thank you to Coleman Entrepreneurship Center. I wouldn’t be where I am without you.”
Michael J. Krupka,
President, Mobilis Motorsport Development, Inc.
