Modern Marketing: Engaging New Customers with New Media & New Technologies

Course Description
Marketing in the digital age is moving from advertising to engagement, from one-way media to interactive social media. If your business doesn’t adapt, you not only risk losing current customers, but may not be able to attract a new generation of customers.
In this course, you will learn how to solidify a strategy to attract and keep customers using the most cost-effective and engaging tactics. With peer business owners, you will participate in hands-on activities and achieve milestones such as:
- Targeting new markets with new media and technologies, such as Twitter and Facebook
- Developing a strong digital marketing strategy supported by practical tactics, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and paid search
- Analyzing data using tools such as Google Analytics, and making business decisions based on this analysis
This course is part of the Business Owner Academy, a curriculum of courses open only to owners of companies generating up to $25 million in annual revenue.
