Nancy Sharp, Founder & CEO of Food For Thought Enterprises will be the featured speaker at this event.
My Life As an Entrepreneur: Nancy Sharp
Nancy is one of the original founders of Food For Thought Enterprises, now celebrating 23 years of providing Premier Food Services in the Chicago area.
After graduating from the University of South Florida, Nancy worked at various restaurants and major hotels. Her entrepreneurial spirit burning bright, she co-founded Food For Thought Enterprises with her husband, Curt, and Susan Trieschmann in 1986. Sadly, after 21 years her husband became ill and passed away when the company had reached $11 million in annual sales. Curt’s dream was to build Food For Thought into an elite provider in the food service industry. Today, that dream drives Nancy’s leadership of the company, which today has over $20 million in annual sales and over 300 full time employees.
Join us as Nancy Sharp shares her personal story of being an entrepreneur. Format allows time for Q&A and group discussion.
