Agenda
8-8:30 am: Continental Breakfast & Networking
8:30-11:00 am: Program
11-11:30 am: Networking
Start-ups and emerging firms have a clear advantage over their big-business counterparts — they can significantly influence their company culture, and quickly. That can result in lower turnover, higher morale, and a stronger reputation, ultimately helping profits grow.
At the Coleman Center, we’ve heard many entrepreneurs argue that culture was the primary contributor to their venture’s success. But how do you shape culture? What do you do strategically and tactically to build a place that everyone wants to work at and no one wants to leave? How do you even define, or articulate, your firm’s culture?
In this panel discussion, you’ll hear experienced entrepreneurs talk about what they have done, and are doing, to build an amazing company culture. They will share their successes, mistakes, and works-in-progress. They will argue why a business owner should invest in culture even when you may not be able to measure the returns. Most importantly, our panelists will take questions about your company and offer ideas, suggestions, and opportunities that you can implement right away.
Confirmed Panelists:
