Opening a New Location: The Ins and Outs of Growth by Replication
Growth-oriented retailers, restaurateurs, and other entrepreneurs with storefronts typically launch their ventures with a plan to open new locations. Just as the business plan for the first location presented complex issues, challenges, and problems, plans for a new site bring new questions:
At this panel discussion, you will learn directly from business owners who have experience and expertise in these areas. They will share their mistakes, successes, decisions, and lessons from opening new locations. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage in a dialogue with them, asking the specific questions that you face as you create plans to expand your own business.
