Attorneys
Brian Fons
Brian Fons is President and Regional Counsel of Corporate Creations Chicago L.L.C., the first Corporate Creations regional office, which opened in 1997 in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago. Prior to starting a Corporate Creations regional office, he worked as a Vice President of Corporate Creations International Inc. in Miami, Florida. He obtained his J.D. degree in 1996 from the University of Miami Law School, and he obtained his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Cristina Lane
Cristina is an associate at Goldberg Kohn in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She received her law degree in 2004, cum laude, from the Northwestern University School of Law. While attending Northwestern, Cristina served as Associate Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. In 2001, she received her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan.

Christopher W. Matern (LAW '88)
Chris has been practicing law since 1988 after graduating from DePaul University's College of Law with Honor. Chris graduated cum laude from Illinois Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Management. Chris focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, environmental, estate planning and emerging technology. Clients include manufacturing and service companies ranging in size from startups to multi-million dollar companies, many of which are in the chemical and food industries.
