This interactive seminar will include a panel discussion and a live case study. The panel discussion will include the following topics:
* The time and expense of the due dilligence process
* How to assess the entrepreneurial team
* How to evaluate the business plan and financial projections
* How to make an investment decision
The live case study will feature a Chicago-area angel investor and entrepreneur who will share their due dilligence experience that led to the angel's decision to invest in the venture.
