Obama Refocuses Bailout on Small Businesses
The Obama Administration, recognizing the importance of small businesses in helping revive the economy, pitched to Congress last week initiatives that would make it easier for small businesses to get loans from banks.
The Los Angeles Times- "President Barack Obama unveiled plans to refocus spending of the government's $700 billion financial bailout away from Wall Street's big financial institutions and toward small businesses on Main Street."
