e-motion 2009 a Huge Success!
Over 150 people attended our annual fundraiser, e-motion 2009 last Thursday evening, May 14 at Galleria Marchetti.
We want to congratulate all the award winners and thank our table and event sponsors. We also want to thank everyone who “invested” in student-owned businesses at the Student-Entrepreneur Showcase. Congratulations again to showcase winner Jennifer Moran for raising over $2M in Blueprint Bucks funding! Below is a sneak peek from the event. We’ll be posting additional photos shortly.

Jennifer Moran, winner of the Launch DePaul Not-for-Profit track with GREENOLA, explains the benefits of buying fairly-traded items.

Ben Meader, winner of the Launch DePaul For-Profit track, pitches his ideas for recruiting IT professionals with his new online company, CareerHook.

It was a wonderful evening. I enjoyed meeting the conscientious future Bill Gates. By the way, that Chris Campbell is pretty awesome! I would have given Jen some Blueprint Bucks if Chris wasn't my son.
All the best,
